SMBC is in process of leading a Digital Transformation across our Americas Division as we continue to modernize our technology, focus on our data driven approach, grow and plan for the future. As a result of this expansion we are seeking a Senior Network Architect who will work as a part of our Architecture and Engineering group and will be responsible for the design, architecture and automation of on premise, wide area and Cloud networking solutions for SMBC and all group companies in the Americas Division. As a result of these efforts SMBC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with Scripting knowledge for the Banks’s Network Management Group to support the Banks Network infrastructure to include multiple Data Centers, Cloud Infrastructure and Global WAN. Responsibilities include automation of tasks, delivering uninterrupted business operation, performing scheduled maintenance, and ownership of projects and implementations. In addition the person will lead/assist in all cloud deployment within the networking group. Main areas of expertise include: data, cloud, network security and scripting knowledge. You will be part of an infrastructure team that provides supports SMBC groups multiple business entities.

This position is responsible for providing high-end quality customer service to our global customers located in the North American and EMEA regions. This position will receive CSC related emails, receive walk-up requests including calls from internal SMBC business customers via ACD.
