Temp Admin Assistant required for next 4 weeks to work in the Internal Audit Dept.
- Filing, not so much on phones.
- Computer - posting audit reports to web site, updating various dept tracking spreadsheets(time off, training, expenses, etc.)
- Making travel arrangements
- Set up of new hires
- Tracking departmental statistics, such as employee turnovers, achievement of professional certificates
- Create power point presentations per request
- Create or proof read departmental draft communications and documents for grammar and spelling checks.
- Confirm internal logistics related to departmental training events, lunch/learn sessions, and as needed, meetings with auditees or external parties.
