Overview

 

 

SMBC Nikko's Investment Banking Group is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for their San Francisco office, located on 555 California Street. The person hired for the role will need to be available to work Monday and Friday for three hours each day (six hours per week).

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Basic administrative functions:

  • Copy, scan and file documents
  • Upload documents to various databases and shared drives
  • Data entry
  • Answering phones
  • Responding to emails
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Arrange business trips and meetings

 

Qualifications

 

  • Intermediate PC and productivity software skills
  • Ability to follow direction and perform tasks in accordance with company policies
  • Must be able to prioritize work and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must speak/read/write Japanese and English

EducationAA required or enrolled in a Bachelor seeking program at a four year college/university.
