Overview

Our Credit department is looking for a Senior Credit Officer with expertise within the Technology sector to join their team.

Responsibilities

. Manage in-depth technology coverage, and have up-to-the-minute knowledge of any market, industry or growth trends within the technology sector
· Evaluate individual credit applications for middle market and large corporate technology credits, and make recommendations to management
· Perform deal and credit approval analysis including pro forma financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling
· Cover investment and non-investment grade credits in the technology sector
· Responsible for leading, directing, and mentoring a team of credit analysts
· Perform review of Credit documentation – Credit Agreements, ISDAs, CSAs, etc.
· Develop credit guidelines and policies
· Represent his/her Group Head in rating and other committee meetings
· Assist and/or perform applicable compliance related functions
· Guide and support business lines/products groups/examination function/legal function/risk management function on credit and risk related issues
· Other credit related works/projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

· Technology sector expert within Credit
· 10+ years in a credit or risk related function at a major bank
· 5+ years of management / supervisory experience of credit, risk, or line group
· 5+ years focused on Technology Sector
· In-depth knowledge of all elements of the technology sector; daily reading of periodicals, news articles, to keep up to date on market and industry trends
· Strong knowledge of credit and risk principles
· Strong Financial Modeling and Analytical skills
· Excellent leadership skills, proactive, dynamic, and decisive person
· Effective communication, and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail, and time management skills
· PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel skills
