Review of deal documentation to identify covenants tracking, set-up on Covenants Database, handles updates and communications.
Evaluate covenants tracking requirements in loan documents, activate covenants on Bank System; produce and share Covenants and Legal documentation Profiles.
Communicate clearly with Front Office, Agent Banks.
Review incoming reports and post to System, follow-up for missing reports.
Address deal extensions and amending documentation.
Maintain relevant communications and documents to satisfy audit inquiries.
Able to read and interpret loan agreements and related documents;
Knowledge and understanding of corporate banking operations.
Experience with loan covenants
Quick learner; follows instructions, detail oriented and focused; strong oral and written communication skills; good organizational and follow-up skills; Team player; reliable and punctual.
Overtime may be required during heavy reporting cycles.
