- Lead all aspects of the SMBC Life Safety Program
- Manage Cyber Incident Response working wth IT Security, Legal, HR, 'C' Level Mgt, and our Cyber Partners
- Manage all areas of Crisis Management Response working closely with Business Continuity and Facilities
- Formulate, propose, and seek approval for creating a Physical Security Area
- At Executive Management's direction, lead formation of a Fraud Management Program
- Lead training initiatives generating a high-level of staff awareness for correlating responsible programs
- Mature programs in-line with best practices; bank guidelines & standards while meeting regulatory obligations



- Extensive hands-on experience working with Problem and Incident Management Processes (10+ years)
- Experienced with problem / incident management in the banking & financial sector
- Experienced and skilled on escalation techniques & comfortable working with resolver groups
- Experienced and comfortable working with IT on technology related matters
- Experienced and knowledgeable about business continuity practices
- Experienced working with all levels of management including ‘C’ level officers
- Comfortable working with Law enforcement & emergency management agencies

- Ability to work under duress managing significant incidents
- Familiar with ‘best practices’ in Incident Management
- Skilled with Incident and Problem Management Processes
- Skilled working with incidents and effectively managing through-out the problem Life Cycle

- Comfortable with occasional off hours work responding to significant incidents
- Good collaboration skills working with the business,IT, and comparable areas in London
- Occasional travel required working with regional affiliates
