    SMBC is seeking a Facilities/ Support Staff II for White Plains, NY.

    Responsibilities

    Perform daily maintenance when required. Assist with issuance and cancellation of card access along with reviewing CCTV. Oversee trades when performing monthly maintenance. Responsible for maintaining the conference rooms, copy rooms and pantries. Responsible for outside archiving. Responsible for internal relocations. Monitor data center equipment. Basic knowledge of HVAC, electricity, reading blueprints and interacting with trades.

    Qualifications

    5 years minimum experience in facilities is required.

     

    This positions requires this individual to be on call 24/7
