  • Overview

    SMFL is seeking a temporary employee who will  report to the Operations Manager, the Admin Assistant provides administrative support in the Operations team. Main responsibility to follow up for the insurance certificate.
    Provides routine operational or administrative work. Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation and generally performs moderately complex processing work, with little discretion or decision-making capability. Provides basic secretarial, administrative or clerical support. Takes direction from senior management and work is thoroughly reviewed and checked by more senior staff.  


    Responsible to collect the insurance certificate upon funding and the information is updated in the lease system (AAF).
    Ensure to obtain the copy of the renewed insurance certificate upon expiration. Update the system.
    Monitor the insurance which are due to expire in the coming month and provide the report to the Management (monthly).

    Provides clerical support which includes, scanning, copying and filing contract documents as well as uploading the documents to the lease system.


    Few years of clerical / administrative experience.
    Bachelors degree.

    Ability to monitor the list of the transactions which the insurance certificate needs to be followed up.
    Good written and oral communication skills.
    Good interpersonal skills.
    Sense of urgency and accountability.
    Good analytical skills; detail oriented.
    Good computer skills. Able to touch-type. Need to be able to learn our leasing system functionality very quickly.
